Qianqing Power Plant 135MW Unit FGD Project General Contract

General Statement
Qianqing Power Plant locating at Qianqing, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, has one 125MW unit and one 135MW unit.125MW unit adopts LIFAC process in low desulfurization efficiency. For higher efficiency 135MW unit uses limestone-gypsum wer technology. 135MW unit FGD works lasted 18 months from pile drilling to successful 168 hours full-load trial operation, and it is the first FGD project generally contracted by our Company, and is also the first in-operation wet FGD project generally contracted by domestic companies.It successfully passed 168 hours full-load trial operation on July 2, 2003. All performances have been being excellent since put into operation.

Process System
Adopting limestone-gypsum wet FGD technology of the USA B&W Company, with 7 process systems and DCS control.

FGD Waste Water Treatment System Flow Chart
Qianqing FGD Waste Water Treatment System is the first one whose main equipment is homemade. Upon site practice, the out water quality reaches the national waste water emission standard, with some items reaching the internation FGD waste water emission standard of the same type.

All indexes are better than guaranteed values in the Contract.
